Helllllllloooooo, hehe.
The thing about working about working online (and phone meetings),
Is that I reach the end of the day, scratching around for more little dopamine hits, hehe.
It is energising in a different way, I suppose.
And I am not sure what the mindful antidote to it is,
Except for a mindfulness practice, perhaps!
Or maybe something even more in my body, like dancing. 🙂
