The hard lines,
And rational thinking,
Of kitchen design,
Does not precipitate a poetic state of mind.
I could get nothing new that I want,
And the same basic arrangement,
For a big chunk of change.
Or cobble together,
A custom solution,
With my preferred elements of practicality.
