Something that I like about my cooking job,
Is the fact that it is an embodied experience,
The work happens mostly via my hands,
On my feet, in the kitchen.
Tonight, I have spent the evening learning,
Reading and writing.
I feel the urge to get out of my head,
And into my body, again.
All it takes is getting up off this couch,
And into my space.
To play.
